Pero realmente son pocos los usos pr\u00e1cticos que se le ha dado a la tecnolog\u00eda en parte porque a\u00fan est\u00e1 en sus etapas iniciales y es lenta e imperfecta. <\/p>\n<p>Pero HP parece determinada a cambiar eso. Meg Withman, la flamante CEO de HP, prometi\u00f3 a los accionistas de la empresa realizar un anuncio importante, quiz\u00e1s en el mes de Junio, resolviendo los aspectos mas preocupantes: la velocidad de impresi\u00f3n y la calidad del objeto resultante.<\/p>\n<p>\u201ccreemos que hemos resuelto esos dos problemas y que podremos hacer un gran anuncio tecnol\u00f3gico en Junio, acercade c\u00f3mo resolveremos esto\u201d dijo Withman a los accionistas. De ser cierto, HP podr\u00eda cambiar completamente la industria de impresi\u00f3n en 3D.<\/p>\n<p>El anuncio de la CEO no necesariamente se trata de productos finales, ya que parece centrarse en un nuevo tipo de tecnolog\u00eda de impresi\u00f3n, pero seguramente al momento de realizar el anuncio, se revelen tambi\u00e9n probables fechas de la llegada al mercado de esa tecnolog\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Pero Withman dejo en claro que, al menos en un primer momento, est\u00e1 ser\u00e1 una tecnolog\u00eda empresarial, reservado a empresas y prestadores de servicios. Esto tiene mucha l\u00f3gica, para una tecnolog\u00eda que probablemente tenga que sufragar unos costos de investigaci\u00f3n y desarrollo nada despreciables. Pero sin duda al poco tiempo la tecnolog\u00eda \u2013de funcionar como se prev\u00e9&#8211; debe empezar a bajar de costo aunque no se puede tener certeza de que llegue a ser de uso com\u00fan por usuarios en el hogar, un mercado que ya ha empezado a desarrollarse con impresoras de otras empresas, especialmente en usuarios que la usan para \u201cdiversi\u00f3n\u201d o como hobby, entre ellos usuarios que gustan de elaborar modelos a escala.<\/p>\n<p>En otras declaraciones ante los accionista Withman dejo en claro que todo movimiento que haga HP \u2013en este caso se refer\u00eda a impresi\u00f3n m\u00f3vil, pero se aplica a la impresi\u00f3n 3D\u2014deb\u00edan ser cuidadosamente planeados, ya que al fin las finanzas de HP est\u00e1n por buen camino y la empresa no debe embarcarse en programas mil millonarios que puedan resultar mal.<\/p>\n<p>Mientras tanto seguir\u00e9 <strong><em>hablandodeti<\/em><\/strong> HP mientras espero con ansias poder realizar mi primera impresi\u00f3n 3D, quiz\u00e1s mientras visite alg\u00fan laboratorio de la empresa.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La impresi\u00f3n en 3D est\u00e1 de moda, todo el mundo habla de ella.
