Esta tecnolog\u00eda brinda grandes beneficios sobre la tecnolog\u00eda actual de 45nm, ya que al reducir el tama\u00f1o se reduce el consumo el\u00e9ctrico y se minimiza la generaci\u00f3n de calor asociada.
